And quite timely too, as it will help you comply with the information Ministry's directive that all Voiceover Talents must belong to an association.

The Voice Guild is a non-profit organisation that runs solely on members' subscriptions. Thus we would really appreciate it if all members could settle their membership fees in a timely manner. Failing to do so, the Executive Committee is left with no choice but to enforce the following :

If membership is not renewed within 30 days after the due date, the member's name will remain on the website but voice samples and homepage will be blocked until the fees are settled.
If payment is not made after 60 days, then the member's name will be removed from the website and membership suspended.
To reactivate the membership, an additional RM100 will be levied, over and above the total fee owing.

To avoid all this, please settle your membership on time.

Voice Guild AGM 2008

The Voice guild will be having its 8th Annual General Meeting this Thursday at 6pm, the 31st of July at the Function Room 1, 2nd Floor, Wisma WIM, No. 7, Jalan Abang Haji Openg, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.

Aside from the usual recap of budgets and matters outstanding, One of the most important items on the agenda is the approval of the new rates for voiceover recording. [more]
